Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are navigating trauma, mood disorders, alcohol misuse, caregiver stress, and major life transitions. I understand that reaching out for support can feel difficult, and I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.

I believe healing happens through connection, self-understanding, and learning practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, identify your strengths, and develop strategies that help you feel more confident and resilient.

My approach is collaborative and centered around you. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering support, perspective, and tools as you work toward meaningful and lasting change. Whether you’re facing a difficult transition, feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

My approach to therapy

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin creating a comfortable and supportive space for you. Together, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy at this point in your life, what you hope to gain from our time together, and what you would like to be different moving forward.

We’ll also explore any concerns or obstacles you may have about starting therapy, as well as what you’re looking for in a therapist and what helps you feel understood and supported.

During our first session, we’ll begin identifying your short-term and long-term goals and talk about what moving forward with therapy might look like. Most importantly, this is your time and your space—to ask questions, share what feels important to you, and see whether we feel like a good fit to work together.
