Heidi Ross

Hello and Welcome! If you are seeking results, you have come to the right place! I am Heidi Ross, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio and Licensed Professional Clinical Candidate in the state of Colorado.

A little about me. I received my Bachelor of Psychology in 2000 and my Master of Education in Community Counseling in 2002 from the University of Akron. For 9 years, I provided therapeutic counseling services to children and adults in outpatient, home-based, and school-based settings. For the past 11 years, I have provided outpatient mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families of all ages, in person and via telehealth, in a private practice setting.

I am a very diverse therapist who feels it is very important to meet clients where they are at. I have an open-door policy regarding client population. We are all in this life together and may need assistance to get through! I provide high-quality care to older teens, adults, and couples in need through the convenience of telehealth. “It is my mission to help others help themselves, and to help them get through life’s obstacles!"

My therapy approach is very eclectic, based on the client's issues, needs, and therapy goals. I am direct with a twist of humor and will not waste your time. I approach each client individually...one size does not fit all!

In your first session, you can expect to establish a client/therapist relationship and to present your issues and concerns. You can expect active listening and explorative questions so that I may get to know you, your therapy goals, and provide an accurate assessment.
