Great to meet you!

I became a mental health provider because everyone’s gone through something in their life that made them the person they are today. Good or bad, I truly feel passionate about using my experiences to help others achieve their goals and feel supported. I have been providing counseling services for over 14 years. I have experience with children, teens, and adults with concerns such as system involvement, test anxiety, behavioral concerns, depression, relational issues, substance use, etc.

My approach to therapy

I approach each client unique and individualized to meet their personal needs. Providing a safe, non-judgmental space to allow the client to process and explore their current and past emotions. Using a solution-focused and person-centered approach to help the client navigate their journey.

What you can expect from me

My goal with every client I encounter is to allow them to believe that they are not alone in their journey and can walk through with someone along their side.
