Great to meet you!

I graduated with a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland and have worked in behavioral health for the last 25 years. I serve women and couples specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma and helping couples to strengthen their emotional connection by fostering understanding and collaboration.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, combining Person-Centered, Internal Family Systems, trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and Somatic psychotherapy to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore and heal. I believe that clients possess the inner resources for growth and healing, and my role is to guide them in connecting with their core Self, fostering awareness, and integrating mind-body practices to promote lasting change.

What you can expect from our first session

Grounded in acceptance, empathy, and collaboration, I help clients uncover unconscious patterns, unresolved conflicts, and heal past experiences that influence current behavior and relationships. Through this process, clients develop the insight and tools needed to navigate challenges and build a more fulfilling, balanced life.
