Great to meet you!

I earned a Masters degree in Clinical psychology in 2014 from Antioch University Los Angeles. I have since enjoyed working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. The areas that I hold the most experience in within my clinical work, are women's issues, relationships, issues in adolescence and individuals and families dealing with autism and other disorders. I believe a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on respect, trust, and honesty creates a healthy open space for people to grow.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping individuals and families increase healthy behaviors while decreasing patterns that disrupt them from enjoying their lives. We will work together on exploring and processing your challenges while setting goals in order to create, and sustain, a well-balanced lifestyle. I combine a variety of therapeutic approaches to help individuals with anxiety, trauma, anger management, relationship issues, parenting and more.

What you can expect from me

I create an environment of care and openness where my hope is to help my clients feel abundantly free to explore the areas of life that need improvement. Common phrases that I hear from my clients upon completing therapy are; " It was unexpected, but you made working on my issues feel fun." "I didn't feel as though I was in a "clinical" setting but more like I was sitting down with a friend."
