My passion for working with children and families comes from my initial work providing home based early intervention and reunification services to families. The joy and challenges of those early developmental stages and early parenting years are so important for families and I believe therapy can support families in their desire to heal, grow and flourish.
Heidi is a therapist who specializes in helping young children (ages birth to 13) and adults ages 25 and older heal from trauma and loss, reduce anxiety, depression and improve self-esteem and self awareness. She has extensive training in play therapy, dyadic child/parent therapy, mindfulness and other approaches tailored to the needs of children and adults. Heidi has extensive experience supporting children who have experienced parental conflict and divorce.

Heidi supports individuals and families to develop a deeper understanding of their experiences and emotions while growing their communication and problem solving skills.
