Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Heidi—a bilingual therapist offering services in both English and Mandarin. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and grief, and I am passionate about creating a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey.

I truly believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role is not to tell you who you should be, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself, better understand your experiences, and move toward the life you want to create. I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative environment where you feel safe exploring both challenges and strengths.

My approach to therapy

Everyone deserves a space where they can show up exactly as they are—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation to have everything figured out. I believe meaningful therapy begins with a genuine human connection, and I take the time to truly get to know each client, their experiences, and what matters most to them.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. We will work together as partners, creating a therapeutic experience that feels supportive, empowering, and aligned with your goals. Drawing from approaches such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Client-Centered Therapy, I help clients process difficult experiences, better understand themselves, and develop healthier ways of navigating life’s challenges.

My goal is simple: to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as you move toward the life you want. Together, we can create a space for healing, self-discovery, and meaningful growth at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you—your story, your experiences, and the moments that have shaped who you are today. We’ll explore what has been weighing on you, the challenges you’re currently facing, and what you hope to gain from therapy in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.

This is also an opportunity for us to begin building a strong therapeutic relationship and create a space where you feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self. Together, we’ll identify your goals and develop a personalized plan that aligns with your values, strengths, and vision for your life. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path forward.
