Hi, I'm Heidy! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with nearly 20 years of experience helping children, adults, and families heal after hard life experiences. I hold a Master's in Family Therapy and a Bachelor's in Clinical Psychology, and I specialize in infant and early childhood mental health. I'm fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and I meet with clients online so you can get support from home. My goal is to help you feel safe, understood, and more connected to the people you love.

My style is warm, patient, and down to earth. I believe healing happens through safe, trusting relationships, so we'll always move at your pace. I use proven approaches like EMDR for trauma and parent-child therapy to help families feel closer. I especially love working with parents and young children, as well as adults facing trauma, grief, anxiety, or depression. Whatever brings you in, I'll honor your culture, your story, and your strengths.

Our first session is simply a chance to get to know each other, with no pressure to share more than you're ready to. I'll ask what brings you in and what you'd like to feel different, and you're welcome to ask me anything too. Together, we'll set a few simple goals that matter to you. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and a little more hopeful.
