I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s from NYU, and I work with adults ages 18 to 100. My clinical focus includes anxiety, panic attacks, transgender issues, immigration and cultural integration, life transitions, and the emotional challenges of aging. I bring experience from private practice, emergency room settings, and community mental health. Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and easy to connect with.

I integrate Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and positive psychology to support healing, clarity, and resilience.
