Great to meet you!

Although I have received degrees and certifications from highly reputable colleges and programs, I have been best trained by the clients I work with. I have had the opportunity to touch many people’s lives and they have become my best teachers. If you're ready to move forward in life, I look forward to working with you. Elena

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach to counseling is compassionate yet direct and includes solution-focused brief modalities, trauma techniques, and cognitive behavioral interventions. I strive to create a comfortable environment so my clients can relax as they discover new insights and breakthroughs and build on their own strengths in the process. Journal and homework assignments are often given to clients to encourage self awareness and reliance on one's own inner resources.

What you can expect from me

Have you lost the purpose in your life? Perhaps you are going through a divorce, recently lost a loved one, taking care of an elderly parent, or you are in a high-stress job that is unsatisfying and you are ready for a career change. Therapy can help you move past suffering, find meaning, identify new goals, and regain a sense of control over your life again. We are here to offer support, strategies for coaching, life skills and clinical tools to help you create an epic life.
