Great to meet you!

If you’re a mom feeling overwhelmed by the emotional, physical, or mental demands of pregnancy, postpartum life, fertility struggles, or infant loss, I’m truly glad you’re here. I work with moms and parents navigating both the sweet and heavy parts of this journey, from infertility heartbreak to the exhaustion of early parenthood. You might feel anxious, isolated, or unsure how to balance your identity with everything being asked of you. I have completed evidence-based perinatal mental health training through Postpartum Support International and am deeply committed to supporting women during this season with care and understanding.

My approach to therapy

Together, we’ll untangle the stress, grief, and pressure that can come with pregnancy, infant loss, or postpartum life. I support you in making sense of big emotions, building self-compassion, and finding steadiness when everything feels intense or uncertain. My goal is to help you feel supported and understood. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish.

What you can expect from me

As a mother myself, I understand how deeply this season can stretch you. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where your experience is honored and your story matters. Many women begin to feel more grounded, more connected to themselves, and more hopeful about what lies ahead. You deserve support that feels personal, steady, and real.
