Hi! I'm Helen, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I offer counseling services to individuals, couples and families with a range of concerns.

I use a person-centered approach to counseling where I meet you where you are at with your mental health. I provide treatment for anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, anger management, and substance abuse.

I like to create a warm, open-minded environment to help you explore what you are feeling and help you process through your experiences with life. Deciding to go to counseling can be a hard decision to make. Please know you will be in a no judgement zone with me and not alone in your journey to healing. I hope you give it a try.
