Great to meet you!

Welcome. I'm Helen, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 15 years of both general and mental health nursing experience. I am dedicated to helping children, teens, and adults achieve better mental and emotional well-being through compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs, values, and goals. I believe the best outcomes come from working together to develop a treatment plan that supports both your emotional well-being and your overall quality of life. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in your care

What you can expect from me

Mental health is just as important as physical health, yet many people struggle in silence because of stigma, fear, or the belief that they should be able to manage on their own. The truth is, you do not have to face life’s challenges alone. Seeking support is a courageous step toward healing, growth, and a healthier, more fulfilling life.
