Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by life? I am interested in helping you navigate these problems and so many more. We all need to feel seen and understood, as we walk this difficult road of life. With over 25+ years of experience, I have helped people with a wide range of concerns and am equipped to support individuals and couples from many walks of life. All are welcome. LGBTQ+ friendly!

My approach to therapy

I am a fully trained EMDR (trauma) psychotherapist through The EMDR Insitute. ACT, MI, CBT along with DBT are all evidenced-based practices I use with ease. I am in the process of bringing tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) into my work to increase somatic healing. I understand addiction and help people who are motivated to get and stay sober.

What you can expect from me

You will learn new skills, gain new insights and become more able to manage the struggles that you are facing. If we are doing solo work or couples therapy, we will spend time engaging in some traditional talk therapy and when it's appropriate we do somatic work too (helping to re visit and heal old memories and struggles that are stored in your mind and body).
