Great to meet you!

As a 2nd generation Korean American psychologist, my professional mission is to help make healing and change accessible to all. I specialize in providing therapy that is multiculturally accessible and trauma-informed, and see individual adults across the age range and for a variety of issues. Therapy with me will integrate internal family systems (IFS), social emotional learning, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and any other wisdom lineages that speak to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is depth-oriented YET solution-focused, committed, & creative. I strive for our therapeutic relationship to be based in genuineness, hope, action, and insight. As fundamental to our relationship, seeing and empowering your identities will always be a touchstone of our work. I value staying evidence-based in my practice by engaging in scholarly publications, teaching, supervision, and mentorship.
