Great to meet you!

Therapy that Honors Your Story and Helps You Rewrite It.

You may be carrying a story about yourself that no longer serves you. Maybe it was shaped by trauma, anxiety, grief, or roles others assigned long ago. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a professional writer, I offer a unique approach to healing that combines clinical insight with the power of story. In my practice, I use evidence-based modalities—narrative therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care—alongside creative tools drawn from decades of experience as a writer. Together, we will explore emotions, gain clarity, and build a more empowering inner narrative.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, grief, creative blocks, chronic self-doubt, and relationship struggles. In couples therapy, this approach can be especially powerful: we explore the “story of us,” identify repeating patterns, and co-author new ways of connecting with more honesty, curiosity, and emotional depth.

What you can expect from me

I welcome clients of all identities and relationship structures—straight, gay, trans, queer, questioning, or anywhere in between. Whether you’re seeking to heal from old wounds, deepen your connection with a partner, or gain a deeper understanding of yourself, I provide a safe and inclusive space where your truth can be heard and honored.
