Great to meet you!

I have over 10 years of experience as a counselor and 6 years as a licensed social worker; I'm not new to counseling and the more difficult your situation is, the more excited I am to meet you! It's a privilege to walk with someone during one of life's hardest seasons.

My approach to therapy

Let's move past all this magical willpower we are all looking for. I will help you look at the function of the habit you want to break—what is it doing for you, and what is it costing you? Whether it's substances, scrolling, or cycles of behavior, we'll cut through the shame and focus on the mechanics of staying sober and reclaiming your freedom.

What you can expect from me

I care about what works in your actual life, not just what sounds right in a textbook. I’m the kind of therapist who will remember the names of your friends, call out the elephant in the room, and notice the 'small' wins you may have overlooked. I bring a sense of humor and a high level of engagement to every session. If you’re looking for a passive observer who will “just let you vent", I’m not your person. If you’re looking for a partner in your progress, let's talk.
