Great to meet you!

I want you to know that you will be welcomed just as you are. I provide a warm, compassionate space where you can safely explore whatever you're carrying--whether that's anxiety, grief, loneliness, or the desire for deeper connection. In my 17 years as a counselor, I have found that healing occurs when we feel we are truly seen and heard, I strive to listen with kindness, curiosity, and acceptance.

My approach to therapy

My approach is gentle, supportive and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate

· Depth Psychology, inspired by the work of Carl Jung

· Person-Centered Therapy, which honors your inner wisdom and autonomy

· Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy, a mindful, body-centered method

What you can expect from me

I like to start with an introductory session, where you will be able to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. You can expect to feel deeply heard and supported while gaining practical tools and insights to help you navigate life. Over time, clients often leave with a greater sense of clarity, self-acceptance and relief.
