Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Helen. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience supporting people through some of life's most challenging moments — grief, loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, infertility, pregnancy loss, life transitions, and the quiet weight of just feeling stuck.

I work primarily with adults and bring a genuine, whole-person approach to therapy. I believe that the people who come to see me are not broken — they are often incredibly resilient individuals who have been carrying too much for too long, and who deserve a space where they can finally put some of it down.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative and I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I take time to understand who you are, what you've been through, and what matters most to you, and I build our work around that. I'm also not afraid to challenge you when we've both established that you are ready to explore more of yourself.

What you can expect from me

We'll start by getting to know each other. I'll ask you some questions about what brought you in, what's been going on in your life, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy — but I'll also leave plenty of space for you to share at whatever pace feels comfortable. There's no pressure to have everything figured out or to tell me the whole story in one sitting. We have time.
