Great to meet you!

I've been practicing psychiatric medicine for the last 8 years. I started at McLean Hospital where I treated patients with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders and OCD. I have been working with patients with ADHD for the last 4 years. I’m an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider offering personalized care for adults with ADHD. I combine medication management, supportive therapy, and practical strategies to help clients build focus, manage emotions, and create systems that work—so they can thrive, not just cope.

My approach to therapy

I like to really get to know my patients. I seek to understand the whole picture and treat the mind, body, and spirit. As an integrative provider, I incorporate both conventional medicine and eastern medicine. I also offer supportive therapy.

What you can expect from me

My aim is to create a non-judgemental atmosphere where you feel heard. My job is to educate you on the best options based on your unique context. We will work together to build a treatment plan that makes sense for you.
