Great to meet you!

My work is centered on helping people regain control of their lives and address the root causes of distress. I have a strong focus on men’s mental health, supporting men as they navigate the pressures of work, family, identity, and relationships. I also specialize in working with men, first responders, military members, and their families, offering a space to process trauma and develop healthy coping skills. In addition, I support teens, young adults, and LGBTQ+ individuals through life transitions and challenges. Clients often find my style collaborative and empowering, as I aim to walk alongside you in building resilience, rediscovering strengths, and creating a path forward that reflects your values and goals. Licensed in both Florida and Ohio.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and client-centered, built on empathy, authenticity, and acceptance. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood. I am trained in EMDR and also draw on evidence-based practices such as cognitive flexibility training, emotional regulation strategies, trauma informed,, and resilience-focused techniques to guide our work together. By identifying your strengths and addressing the obstacles in your way, I aim to help you build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with clarity and purpose.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a supportive space to begin building self-awareness and learning practical tools for managing life’s challenges. Together, we will focus on emotional regulation, stress management, and setting healthy boundaries in ways that fit your unique needs. For first responders and military members, sessions also provide a place to process trauma and develop coping strategies for the demands of your work. My goal is to help every client feel heard, supported, and empowered to build confidence, resilience, and lasting well-being.
