Great to meet you!

Many people seek therapy because they feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or challenged by circumstances they are not sure how to change. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationship concerns, stress, burnout, trauma, self-esteem issues, or a major life transition, therapy can provide support, clarity, and practical tools to help you move forward.

I work with adults who are seeking meaningful change rather than simply learning to cope with ongoing challenges. My approach is compassionate, direct, and goal-oriented. Together, we'll identify the underlying patterns contributing to your concerns, develop effective strategies, and focus on creating measurable improvements in your daily life.

I believe therapy should provide more than a place to talk. While feeling heard and understood is an important part of the process, lasting change often requires insight, practical tools, and a clear path forward. My work is designed to help clients make meaningful progress within a focused period of time, with many individuals experiencing significant growth while working toward a specific goal or challenge.

With decades of experience helping people create positive change through therapy, education, coaching, and practitioner training, I bring a practical and holistic perspective to the therapeutic process. My goal is to help you gain greater clarity, confidence, resilience, and well-being so you can create a life that feels more fulfilling, authentic, and aligned with what matters most to you.

If you're ready to take the next step, I would be honored to support you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, direct, empowering and efficient. I believe therapy should provide a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported, but it should also help create meaningful change in their daily lives.

I work collaboratively with clients to identify the underlying patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be contributing to their challenges. Together, we develop practical strategies that support greater resilience, healthier relationships, improved emotional well-being, and lasting personal growth.

While understanding the past can be important, I believe therapy is most effective when it helps people move forward. Rather than focusing solely on discussing problems, we work toward developing insight, building skills, and creating positive changes that can be experienced in everyday life.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, relationship challenges, stress and burnout, life transitions, trauma recovery, self-esteem concerns, and personal growth issues. My approach is tailored to each individual's unique goals and needs, drawing from evidence-based therapeutic techniques as well as complementary approaches when appropriate.

I believe the success of therapy should be measured by the positive changes clients experience in their lives. My goal is to help clients gain greater clarity, confidence, and practical tools so they can move forward with a stronger sense of purpose, well-being, and fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We'll discuss your current concerns, relevant background information, and the goals you hope to achieve through our work together.

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, while also being focused on helping you make meaningful progress. I strive to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where you can speak openly and honestly about what you're experiencing.

During our first meeting, we'll begin identifying the patterns, challenges, and obstacles that may be contributing to your concerns and explore potential paths forward. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions about the therapy process and determine whether my approach feels like a good fit for your needs.

Whether we decide to continue working together or determine that another resource may be more appropriate, my goal is for you to leave the session with greater clarity, a better understanding of your situation, and practical recommendations to support your next steps.
