I have worked in the counseling field for almost 12 years first as a credentialed chemical dependency counselor and later as a licensed master social worker and now as a licensed clinical social worker. I am excited to work closely with clients who are looking for individualized therapy and working towards their goals.

My approach is person centered and empowering, and we will work together towards your goals. I am easy to talk to, enjoy helping people, and create a space that is non-judgmental and safe. I have experience with addictions, relationships, divorce, maternal/postpartum issues, and mental health issues. I look forward to working with you!

My goal is to normalize and understand the struggles, challenges and experiences that we experience as we go through life. Help you to understand mental health and work towards your goals for how you want your life to look and gain from therapy. You set the pace and tone with how we approach counseling and for what you have going on in your life. My goal is to empower people towards the life they want for themselves. Therapy is most rewarding when it positively enhances someone's life.
