Great to meet you!

I started my nursing profession to help people with medical and mental health needs. First a cardiac nurse for 5 years and then 17 years as a mental health nurse of which 8 years as been a nurse practitioner. Education background as follows; RN, BSN, MSN, APRN/DNP. I specialize in working with people who are struggling through depression, anxiety, PTSD, Trauma, schizophrenia and major life transitions.

I have years of experience working with adults, adolescents and children. I am eager to help with medication, psychotherapy or both. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you are suffering with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, ADHD, Eating d/o, Psychosis or Bipolar d/o.

My approach to therapy

I approach my work from a person-centered model, acknowledging inner strength of people I worked with, helping them reach their most mental health state of mind through medication and therapy.

What you can expect from me

Clients will see me at initial contact as a friendly and warm individual who is nonjudgmental and eager to listen and help. Individual goal setting is short term and direct but individualized and person-centered.
