As we walked this journey we call LIFE, we encounter CHALLENGES that may result in seeking specialized and non-judgmental help. As a therapist with 10 plus years. I've worked with various populations in various therapeutic settings as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor(LCMHC) in NC and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) in SC.

I use a direct, empathetic, non-judgmental and supportive skill set to Empower Others to Empower themselves to achieve the desired goal(s). Additionally, I use an integrative therapeutic approach which includes but not limited to Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Person Centered Therapy for the purpose of achieving insight, awareness, perspective and change. I am looking forward to working with you!

I believe that CHANGE is always present whether you are experiencing situational, emotional, or social stressors.
