I take a whole-person approach to therapy, combining evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT) with practical, real-life support. This includes working through a difficult conversation, preparing for an important life step, or finding concrete ways to feel more confident and grounded in your daily life. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges (partners, family, friendships), self-esteem, boundaries, loss, and questions around identity. I also support individuals who have experienced trauma, including PTSD, childhood abuse, and sexual trauma, at a pace that feels safe and respectful of your process.
I earned a BA in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine, a Master's in Psychology, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology, and completed my pre-doctoral internship at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte Counseling Center. In addition to my clinical training, I have experience supporting survivors of sexual assault through my work as a volunteer with Sexual Assault Services of Orange County, which informs my sensitivity and respect when working with trauma.
From the first session, we'll get a sense of whether we can create a space where you feel safe, understood, and free to explore anything - where both laughter and difficult emotions are welcome. I bring a calm, thoughtful presence, along with life experience, openness, and a non-judgmental approach.
Originally from France and having lived in different countries before settling in the U.S., I bring a broad, culturally sensitive perspective to my work.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out for a brief, free consultation. We can see whether working together feels like the right first step.
