I strive to create a warm and non-judgmental relationship, where you can freely express and explore what matters to you most. I believe individuals need space to discover the strength within, face difficult, frightening and even painful experiences. I also believe in nurturing the hopeful side of things; allowing you to explore what could be. When we work together you are not alone.

I work with clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, low confidence, caregiver burnout, low self-esteem and other challenges. I would be honored to help you work toward living your best life. I practice part-time.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I can help you by using a variety of integrated approaches including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, poly-vagal and somatic based interventions. Using an integrated approach gives me the freedom and flexibility to work in a way that best suits your unique needs.
