Great to meet you!

I create an energetic and compassionate space to walk alongside you on your healing journey. My approach is rooted in connection, play, and self-discovery. By integrating play-based techniques with relational support, I offer a space where you can safely process your stressors, worries, and anxieties. Whether you're navigating big emotions, life transitions, or past experiences, we will work together to build resilience, foster growth, and help you feel more grounded and empowered.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I integrate play-based techniques, Theraplay techniques, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to support emotional regulation, attachment, and behavioral change. I specialize in working with young children (0-5) and adolescents, helping them navigate behavioral challenges, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that healing happens through meaningful connections and that therapy should be a collaborative and empowering experience—one that nurtures resilience, fosters growth, and helps you feel grounded and understood.
