My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is ecletic - which means: Depending on your problem we may use any technique which has proven helpful. We will incorporate your preferences into the treatment and decision making process. Therapy is work and together we will work to bring about change.

What you can expect from me

There is an old German saying which states that 'Shared pain is only half the pain'; i.e., when you are able to share your problems with somebody else your suffering diminishes. During our sessions you will be able to ameliorate your pain with a trained therapist and be on your way to healing.

There is a lot of suffering in this world but there is also a lot of overcoming. Together we will overcome and I will support your every step you take towards bringing about change.
