Great to meet you!

Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over three years of clinical experience providing evidence-based psychiatric care to adolescents and adults. Specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, and ADHD, with a strong emphasis on accurate diagnosis, individualized treatment planning, and ongoing medication management.

Experienced in conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, developing collaborative care plans, and integrating pharmacologic and supportive therapeutic interventions to optimize patient outcomes. Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care that prioritizes safety, education, and shared decision-making.

Dedicated to improving access to mental health services and reducing stigma through compassionate, culturally sensitive care. Focused on helping patients achieve symptom stability, functional improvement, and long-term wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, patient-centered, and evidence-based. I believe that effective mental health treatment begins with truly listening and understanding each person’s unique experiences, challenges, and goals. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and judgment-free environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and confident in their care plan.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what brought you in. I will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, which includes discussing your current concerns, symptoms, medical history, mental health history, medications, and any relevant life stressors. You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you are encouraged to speak openly. This session is collaborative — you’ll have time to ask questions, share your goals, and discuss what you hope to gain from treatment.

By the end of the appointment, we will review initial impressions and discuss a personalized treatment plan. This may include medication options, therapy recommendations, lifestyle adjustments, or additional evaluations if needed. My goal is to ensure you leave the session feeling heard, informed, and clear about next steps.
