Great to meet you!

I specialize in therapy with adults who suffer from depression, anxiety, PTSD, medical diagnoses, racial conflict, life transitions, those who want to gain greater knowledge of self, dream analysis, and individuals who struggle with forming and maintaining relationships or boundaries. I am a holistic trained therapist and herbalist who works from a psychoanalytical lens that aids the process of further exploring, understanding, healing, and getting to the root of our problems.

My approach to therapy

As a Haitian- American woman, I understand what it's like to be in an environment where mental health is not taken seriously. I pride myself in assisting adults to find a safe space to process their thoughts and life experiences. I have 7 years of clinical experience working with a diverse group of adults to building a stronger sense of self and confidence

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a journey. As the late Nipsey Hussle would say, "it's a marathon, not a race." However, in this regard, it's a marathon, a journey to greater awareness of self. As your therapist, I will respect your pace within the therapeutic alliance but I may also challenge you. I will support you and assist you in working towards changing your life narrative.
