I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in New York City providing psychotherapy services in New York state via telehealth. I work with adolescents and adults, specializing in interpersonal relationships, life transitions, identity, anxiety, and early childhood separation.
I practice psychodynamic psychotherapy including ideas of contemporary psychoanalysis, attachment theory, existential psychotherapy, and mentalization, with some cognitive behavioral resources in order to assist you in deepening your understanding of yourself and your behavior in relation to self and others.
