Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Henrietta Pieh, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals across the lifespan through comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive collaboration.

My background includes years of nursing experience in inpatient psychiatry, crisis stabilization, addiction recovery, and geriatric mental health. I believe in meeting clients where they are, building trust through empathy, and working together toward meaningful progress and emotional well-being.

Whether you are navigating stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, or other life challenges, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered in your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic, compassionate, and collaborative. I take time to understand each client’s unique experiences, values, and goals before developing an individualized treatment plan. I believe in empowering clients through education, active listening, and shared decision-making.

I integrate evidence-based practices such as medication management, trauma-informed care, and supportive psychotherapy to promote healing and long-term stability. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel respected and supported as they work toward improved mental health and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where they can feel comfortable sharing their story at their own pace. I begin by getting to know you—your concerns, history, strengths, and goals for treatment. We will review your symptoms, medical background, and any previous mental health care to help guide an accurate assessment.

Together, we’ll discuss possible treatment options, which may include therapy, medication management, or lifestyle approaches. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful, with a clear plan for next steps in your care.
