Great to meet you!

Talking helps. In my therapy practice I aim to create an inviting and supportive space to explore the experiences and situations that bring you to treatment. I listen with compassion, curiosity and through a collaborative framework. I firmly believe that the client has the answers, it is my job to ask the right questions; this collaboration is at the heart of meaningful work together.

My approach to therapy

Together, we will build the conditions for you to operate with greater intentionality — in your work, your relationships, and your sense of self. I implement psychodynamic technique to shed light on how family dynamics and trauma can perpetuate stagnant repetitions and CBT to help manage the waves anxiety and depression that often come from these experiences.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will actively listen. I aim to understand you and your unique experiences-what brings you to therapy, what made now the right time to engage in treatment, and what would make our treatment successful. To be candid, not all of this happens in the first session. Building a strong and trustful connection is a process. If you’re looking for an empathic, direct, and supportive partner in this process of self discovery and healing, I’d love to connect.
