Great to meet you!

My ultimate goal is to help you stop striving and start living. In my practice, you will never have to perform to be accepted. I bring a calm, steady presence to our sessions and believe therapy should be a safe place where we can be completely honest without fear of judgment. If you are feeling exhausted by the weight of life's expectations, you will find a supportive, non-pressured environment here to rest, heal, and rebuild.

Since 2008, I have worked with a diverse clientele through private practice at in a university setting.

My training includes a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a master’s degree from Montana State University in Mental Health Counseling. Since graduating, I have received advanced training and continuing education in Allender Theory (TheAllenderCenter.org), Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (ICEEFT.com), Post Traumatic Stress counseling (deploymentpsych.org), Inner Healing (Nothinghidden.com), and further training in couples therapy through The Gottman Institute (Gottman.com).

I am licensed in both Montana and Utah and am an experienced mental health continuing education provider and clinical supervisor to counselors in training.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in deep empathy and the belief that you shouldn't have to 'perform' to be accepted or understood. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can drop the expectations of the outside world and explore what is truly going on beneath the surface. I specialize in helping clients who feel exhausted by striving, guiding them toward genuine emotional health, stronger boundaries, and a more authentic, peaceful life.

What you can expect from me

I don’t expect you to have it all together when we meet. My greatest strength as a therapist is my deep awareness of others—I pay close attention to what you are carrying, even the things you might not say out loud. I value honest, direct, and compassionate communication. You will find that I am a calm, steady presence, and I view our work as a true partnership. I am not here to 'fix' you with clinical routines; I am here to walk alongside you, help you drop the mask, and find genuine healing.
