Hi I am so happy to meet you today! I have 30 years of experience helping people of all ages and backgrounds. Each person is like a many faceted jewel waiting to be discovered. Let me be your guide on this path of self discovery and healing. I began my education at Dutchess Community College (AAS} and continued my education at SUNY Albany earning my MSW there in 1989. This was a Dual degree program which enabled me to earn an MA in Sociology at the same time. I taught Intro to Sociology. as an adjunct Professor at Suffolk Comm, College for 15 years. In 2004 I completed the process by becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

I apply skills and techniques of Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral and Humanistic Psychology and Family Systems theory. Therapy with me is a collaborative, non-judgmental partnership. I combine evidence-based tools with a warm, conversational approach to help you gain clarity and confidence. As a licensed clinician, I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety and life transitions. Our sessions are about your growth, handled with care and genuine curiosity.
