Great to meet you!

You might be carrying worry, sadness, or old pain that's been weighing on you for a long time, and you're not quite sure how to put it into words. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and trauma, and I offer sessions in English and Arabic for clients who feel most understood in their first language. My work often centers on helping people make sense of difficult emotions and rebuild confidence in their day to day lives.

My approach to therapy

Together, we'll build a relationship grounded in trust, empathy, and mutual respect rather than follow a one size fits all plan. We'll focus on identifying what's driving your anxiety or difficult emotions, developing healthier thinking patterns, and strengthening the coping skills that help you feel steady again. Clients who do best with me are ready for a collaborative process, where we tailor our work together to your specific needs, strengths, and goals rather than a generic script. By the end of our work together, you'll walk away with practical tools for managing anxiety, regulating your emotions, and communicating more clearly with the people in your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together will feel more like a conversation than an evaluation. I'll take time to listen to what's brought you to therapy, learn about your background, and answer any questions you have about what working with me looks like. There's no pressure to share everything right away; we'll move at whatever pace feels comfortable for you. If you're ready to feel heard, respected, and supported as you take this next step, I'd love to talk with you.
