Great to meet you!

I’m a doctorate-prepared, dual board-certified family practice and psychiatric mental health provider specializing in neurodevelopmental and neurocognitive conditions, with expertise in autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and geriatric psychiatry. I have extensive experience with complex chronic illness and co-occurring psychiatric conditions across the lifespan and in diverse clinical settings. My background in executive leadership and long-term care administration also informs my work within institutional settings. I have a longstanding interest in complementary, integrative, and holistic approaches to health. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQ+ inclusive.

My approach to therapy

I believe living well starts with feeling well, and that there are many paths to getting there. My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that meaningful change is ultimately driven by you, not imposed by me. My role is to listen carefully, understand what matters to you, and bring clinical knowledge, perspective, and options to the conversation so that we can make thoughtful decisions together. I want you to understand the reasoning behind your care, feel comfortable asking questions or disagreeing with me, and have an active voice in defining what wellness and progress look like in your life.

What you can expect from me

I value collaborative connection and creating a safe, supportive environment where we can understand what you want from treatment. You’ll find that I consider a wide range of options and perspectives, while recognizing that you are ultimately the expert on YOU. I approach our conversations with curiosity, a sprinkle of humor, and perhaps a nerdy tangent or two, and you are always welcome to be yourself. My hope is that you leave our conversations feeling heard, understood, and more confident in the path forward.
