As a clinician, I employ a strengths-based perspective with my clients, assisting them confront issues using innate skills. I care about your wellbeing, growth, and will help to provide a supportive environment for exploration and healing.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Texas. I received my master’s in social work from Our Lady of the Lake University, San Antonio Texas. My focus is counseling young adults dealing with life issues including transitioning from the teens to early adulthood, career changes, relationships, parenting and navigating middle adulthood into flourishing older years.

My approach to therapy is warm, laid back, empowering and solution focused. I believe you are the expert and my role is to walk along with you as we try to resolve issues and embrace the life you truly deserve

What you can expect from me

My goal is to empower every client with the tools and strategies they need to be their best selves and to feel more equipped to manage their mental health independently. Each session will focus on teaching tools and strategies, equipping you with effective coping mechanisms to gradually gain confidence and increase resilience.
