Great to meet you!

I have been a nurse practitioner for 18 years, and I love engaging with patients, creating relationships, and helping to move people forward in their healing--whatever that looks like for them. I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, and addiction.

My approach to therapy

I provide compassionate and careful care. I believe that medication provides a useful tool in mental wellness and I aim to use these powerful tools meaningfully and precisely.

What you can expect from me

I want my patients to feel seen and heard. Mental health (or any health for that matter) is a collaboration and a process. I aim to help patients set both short and long-term goals as well as reflect together on what barriers they may encounter. Then we will craft solutions to get them to where they want to go.
