Great to meet you!

I enjoy working with people discovering who they are including, college students, people who are new to their careers, and those who are adjusting to a life transition at any age. I draw from psychodynamic theory, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy) to provide both insight and strategies to help clients reach their treatment goals.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with a mindset of curiosity. Together we will explore past experiences that still influence your thoughts and actions. I'll help you practice ways to remain aware of the present moment, navigate difficult emotions, and communicate effectively with others.

What you can expect from me

Evidence shows that the therapeutic relationship is the most important predictor of success in therapy. Our first sessions will be focused on building connection and learning more about you and what brings you to therapy now.
