Great to meet you!

Most of us go through life reacting to the world without really knowing why. I see therapy as a way to finally slow down and understand the story you've been carrying. My approach is rooted in the idea that our earliest connections set the stage for how we love, work, and see ourselves today.

Whether you're navigating the weight of depression or the constant hum of anxiety, we’ll work together to make your internal world feel like a safer, more predictable place to live. It’s a creative, honest exploration of your history—honoring your unique neurobiology without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is primarily nondirective and exploratory, meaning I follow your lead while staying curious about the patterns that emerge. Because I believe insight is most powerful when paired with practical support, I scaffold our deep work with CBT, ACT, and somatic techniques. This eclectic blend allows us to move between understanding 'why' you feel the way you do and developing the 'how' for managing those feelings in the moment.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on building safety and understanding the landscape of your life. You can expect a warm, non-judgmental environment where we begin to identify the primary threads you'd like to untangle. My goal is for you to leave the first hour feeling heard and with a sense of how we can work together to build both emotional insight and tangible coping strategies.
