Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that we are all made for connection, and therapy is a powerful tool for fostering growth, improving mental health, and strengthening relationships. With experience in college counseling, school-based therapy for preteens and teens, and private practice work with adults, I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges at any stage. Whatever stage of life you are in from preteens to older adults, I love partnering with clients to find healing and clarity. Reaching out for support is a courageous first step toward finding relief and peace, and I’m here to help you along the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in understanding the unique challenges each individual faces. I work from an attachment based lens to help clients build emotional resilience, improve self-awareness, and enhance their relationships. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I begin with an introductory session to understand your current challenges, assess your goals, and gain insight into your overall well-being. From there, we’ll work together to achieve your goals, strengthen your relationships, and empower you to find your voice. I will meet you where you are with compassion and understanding, creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable being vulnerable.
