Great to meet you!

I am an individual therapist and have worked with adults with dual-diagnosis, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, relationship concerns and parenting.

My approach to therapy

Together we can initially build a therapeutic relationship instilling trust, and begin to uncover the authentic person you deserve to be. I provide honest and direct feedback for individuals and utilize various evidence-based practice models tailored to your goals. I also include humor and lighthearted moments, as life can be very serious.

What you can expect from me

Asking for help can feel intimidating, and at the same time everyone needs help at some point in their life. I am glad you are starting this process. I am here to work together with you on your concerns, issues, or perhaps the much needed space of a listening ear. I find it can be difficult to vocalize our emotions, share our story, or be our true selves due to many underlying emotions.
