Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals, couples, and families can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create lasting change.

I specialize in helping clients navigate relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, grief, family conflict, life transitions, communication difficulties, attachment wounds, and emotional abuse. I also have a passion for working with couples seeking to rebuild trust, strengthen emotional connection, improve communication, and develop healthier relationship patterns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and honest. I believe meaningful change happens when compassion is paired with insight and personal responsibility. Together, we’ll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, build practical tools for change, and work toward healthier relationships with yourself and those around you.

For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-integrated counseling, incorporating biblical principles and prayer in a way that honors your beliefs and therapeutic goals.

Whether you’re facing a difficult season, healing from past hurts, or simply looking to grow, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable sharing your story at your own pace.

We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you’re currently facing, and what you hope to achieve through counseling. I’ll ask questions about your personal history, relationships, strengths, and any significant life experiences that may be influencing your current situation. This helps me gain a deeper understanding of you as a whole person—not just the problems you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll identify your goals and begin developing a plan tailored to your unique needs. I’ll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process so you know what to expect moving forward.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change, we’ll take the next steps together—one conversation at a time.
