Great to meet you!

I am an experienced mental health counselor committed to helping people bring more meaning, laughter, curiosity, creativity and self-compassion into their lives. Through identifying obstacles to reaching these states and collaborating to find solutions, we can work together to break damaging cycles and face the future with confidence. If you feel exhausted and resentful from having to do it all on your own, please take a chance and reach out.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in play therapy for ages 2-12. I am also trained and experienced in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sandplay and Gestalt. I believe every individual deserves freedom and agency in their treatment, so I encourage experimentation with symbol, breath, EMDR, movement, writing, play, art, conversation and imagination to discover what soothes. I am also equipped to offer virtual EMDR to adults.

What you can expect from me

The kids I support in the playroom learn to communicate, manage their behavior, exhibit confidence, problem solve and positively relate to others. Adults and guardians who find me create a life they are proud of after harmful relationships, traumatic events, or difficulties feeling comfortable in their own skin. It would be an honor to accompany you on life's journey of ups and downs as you heal the past and work toward a brighter future.
