Hilary Lee

Hi, I am Hilary, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I bring over 10 years of experience working with children, youth, adults and families. I help individuals understand their emotions, strengthen their relationships with themselves and others, and develop tools to navigate life's challenges. I meet my clients where they are, acknowledging they are the experts on their own life.

I hold a Masters in Social Work from Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. Throughout the years, I have worked in a variety of settings including outpatient mental health, therapeutic day schools, community-based programs, and within a group practice as an individual therapist.

I support clients as they navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, family conflict, and life transitions. In sessions, I use a strength based approach and integrate cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, mindfulness based practices, solution focused techniques and a relational framework.

I believe growth happens in safe supportive spaces where you can be your true self. I create a warm and welcoming space where you feel seen, empowered, and understood.
