I have been a counselor for over 14 years. I have experience working in school, hospital, and outpatient settings. I have a passion for the 1:1 support provided to clients in an outpatient setting.

My approach to therapy is eclectic. My style is foremost person centered. I meet clients where they are and work with them to meet their individualized treatment goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave therapy sessions feeling validated and heard. Clients will process emotions and work towards meeting their treatment goal at a pace that is determined collaboratively with myself. When appropriate clients may have small assignments for follow up session.
