Great to meet you!

Our first session will be us getting to know each other and building the foundation of our relationship and me asking a lot of questions to get to know you and what you want to get out of therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is make sure that is client centered and working on you to become your best self. My focus areas are adults with ADHD, Bi-Polar, Anxiety and Depression. I also like to work with couples and marriage complications. I open to helping anyone through what they are going through. My approach to therapy is using CBT, DBT and solution focused therapy. I want to work on being aware of your behaviors and being able to work through them with you.

What you can expect from me

I am a very energetic person and like to laugh in session. I want us to have a therapeutic relationship that you feel comfortable with me and coming to me with whatever you are going through without judgement. Goals are very important so that we know what and where we are going and how much progress we have made.
