Hilda Carolina Medina is a licensed marriage and family therapist with her MA in Marriage and Family therapy. Hilda has experience working with older and young adults, couples, teens and children, and incarcerated minors for the last 15 plus years. Hilda has expertise in depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, relationship and life stressors, trauma and grief and utilizes treatment orientations that include psychodynamic, CBT and seeking safety. Hilda is bilingual- English and Spanish.

My approach to therapy

I do not have a specific therapeutic approach as I blend elements from the different approaches and tailor the treatment according to each individual's needs. I like to incorporate interventions that are CBT, DBT and psychodynamic oriented.
